Project Alpha in Portugal

The world is in an inferno of fear and violence.
What would we do if our beloveds or our children were among the victims?
We must use all possibilities at our disposal to end the global pain.
In the name of love.
In the name of all children.
In the name of all living beings.

What can we do for a future without war? What can we do to heal the earth and humanity from this excess of violence and suffering? How can we build a global force for peace that is stronger than all the powers of destruction? We are serious about this question. And no matter how strange it may sound, an answer is in sight. We believe that there is a solution if some groups on earth are willing to act correspondingly. It is not a question of military and political power structures, but an issue of the effect of small changes and "genetic shifts" in the web of the whole. Project ALPHA addresses these topics. It has emerged from twelve years of research work at the peace research center Tamera in Portugal.
First the research center Tamera: It was founded in 1995. Today it includes a community off 160 inhabitants, a peace university, an emerging new combination of solar technology and permaculture (with the collaboration of Jürgen Kleinwächter and Sepp Holzer). Regional provisions are planned, with self-produced solar power and the establishment of a Technical University for the new possibilities for energy generation and technological autonomy. Planning for the establishment of a "Global Campus", with bases on all continents, has been going on for two years. Providing aid in areas of crisis and international networking are a part of the peace work at Tamera.

Project ALPHA is the continuation of the work of Tamera. It is a project of global healing. Today this is a real possibility, if we apply the functional connections in the holographic universe to the global issue of healing and combine it with enlightened spiritual research work. This includes, for example, the discovery that within all true questions there is an immanent answer. There is something like a "latent omniscience" in the Universe. Today we have the possibility of using intelligent methods to access the ideograms of a desired future world and translate it into real construction work. A future without war is a real possibility, for it is latently contained in the "implicit order" of our world.
As do all living organisms, the Earth and the biosphere, including humanity, constitutes an open holistic system with the characteristics of a living organism. If we succeed in intervening in the inner processes of this system, we can change it (somewhat in the way that Eastern medicine changes the inner processes of an organism by influencing the central energy paths with acupuncture. The introduction of new information with the help of a pill can change the functioning of the entire organism. These are examples of field effects in holistic systems). The principle of desired change can be illustrated by the following thoughts:
New experiences and thoughts create a change in the molecular structure of our genetic system. The nucleus of a cell will now send changed information as a control command into the organism. The genetic codes of all beings communicate with each other (with an assumed frequency of 150 Megahertz) and together they form the "genetic biofield" which we can see as a kind of biological Internet. If a new piece of information enters into this genetic circuit of communication, it changes the entire field and results in the process that we today call "morphogenetic field creation" (Sheldrake). When dealing with a central piece of information, the result is a fundamental change in the genetic bio-field. Such a change is brought about through new information in the core human areas (love, sex, community, trust, reconciliation, cooperation and solidarity with all fellow creatures), as described in my book "Future without War", Chapter 6.
If a large enough group of people implements this change (by turning the "genetic switch"), then this tends to bring about a change in the same direction in the entire human genetic field. That is the genetic description of "morphogenetic field creation" and the genetic description of the basic idea of the global healing theory (which we have called the "political theory").

The feasibility of such a project should not be negated too quickly. Whatever has to be done, can also be done and "whatever can be thought, can also be done" (Einstein). In the high tech area, things are being planned today that were seen as impossible only a few decades ago (Mars project, nano technology, ion weapons, etc.). Would it not be possible to develop a global peace plan for planet earth at the same level?

The project does not operate with moral, religious or political appeals, but with real forces in the universe of life and with the activation of latent possibilities in the structural design of the world. We must find and strengthen the forces of the healing (sacred) matrix that reside in all beings and unites them. To formulate it in terms of biology: in the genetic bio-field of all beings, we must strengthen that information and those controlling impulses that represent cooperation and peace. If this succeeds in a few living communities, then it tends to succeed everywhere (due to the inner structure and functional logic of holistic systems).
The central control impulses lie in the human area that has been traumatized the most throughout history: in the areas of love, sex, partnership, community and religion. We call this the core area or the "alpha area", because it lies at the origin of both the development and the aberrations of the soul. Here lies the energetic center in which new developments must be initiated. It was historic processes of violence and destruction that turned the genetic switch in human beings to fear and closure - and it is the elementary processes of trust and community building that can make it switch to cooperation and solidarity. What occurs in the alpha area determines the further development of the whole. If we succeed in developing new genetic information in the core areas, we can give evolution a new direction. And specifically this is the work of Project ALPHA.
This is not only ethical, psychological or social work, but also work on the ecological and technological structures of a new "housing" for life. It is not only a question of a new attitude, but of a new form of inhabiting our planet. If such a basic form is created at a few places on earth, then, due to "morphogenetic field creation", a global field effect will result. The new information of a planetary form of life without fear and violence will traverse the noosphere and will create new manifestations in suitable places. Overcoming the existing system is not a question of violence or political power; it is a question of genetic information. As soon as truly new alpha information is transmitted through the biological Internet, a new reality will crystallize as a result of the new attracting forces.
The opposing side has for a long time been working with secret technologies that go far beyond the functional principles of conventional technologies (Philadelphia experiment, Neuschwabenland, Montauk, HAARP, etc.). A global system of power has been established with such technologies, and it can definitely not be overcome through traditional means. It is a dictate of global peace work not to react to secret technologies with occult projections, but with the clear will to also use "secret powers" for the establishment of a global field of peace. These "secret" forces (forces of attraction and of resonance, field forces, etc.) are known to science today, and they lie in the nature of life itself. They are physical and mental forces that are available to us if we are able to "access" and use them correctly. We have been working for 30 years to overcome a collective thought block that has stopped many generations from achieving the wonders of modern technology also in the human and social areas.

An essential point in individual and global healing work is ending the war between the sexes and healing sensual love. Sexual encounters should be regulated only by contact and trust, not by prohibitions and ideologies. It is not a question of monogamy or polygamy, but of the issue of truth and trust. Love must be totally freed from the historic trauma of fear and violence. A new civilization emerges from a new relationship between the sexes. Here, one of the deepest decisions are made, if there will be war or peace on earth.

The genetic shift is not a therapeutic act; it is the collective endeavor of a committed group. The success of our thirty years of community work has convinced us that such goals are feasible. The success will occur under very specific conditions. First, the relationships among the members of the group must be characterized by full mutual acceptance, unconditional truth, solidarity and transparency. Second: the group needs an ecological and technological "housing", in which it can develop its non-violent values, also toward the beings and forces of nature. It must therefore establish an adequate ecological and technological environment. Third: the group needs a "spiritual foundation", i.e. a new connection to the cosmic forces of Creation, but without the old dogmas and religious systems of the patriarchal era. Ancient female knowledge is needed, as is a common ethic of truth, trust and mutual support. Wherever such conditions come together, genetic field creation occurs, and the new genetic information traverses the entire organism of the earth and the human being (similar to the medical effect of pills in the human organism). The information seed for a new world without war is irreversibly planted into the genetic system and leads to new control impulses in the overall organism of humanity. The direction of evolution then shifts from the information of violence to the information of the non-violent co-evolution of all beings. The communication of all being, which occurs through the genetic code, is from now on oriented toward real peace information.
Political, world view or technological questions are not at the core of the project. Instead, at the core of the project we find the question: How can human beings live together correctly? That is the deepest question of our time. In spite of all the necessary work in the areas of ecology, technology and strategy, we keep coming back to this goal. The areas of crisis of our time is the relationship between human beings. In this connection, I would like to quote Eugen Drewermann: "Human misery is international, it does not know any boundaries, nor does it allow any. At every place on earth, human suffering is great and it is transnational. In reality, one cannot say: Israel is here, and Canaan is there." It is the task and the goal of our healing work to see, understand and end this misery worldwide.
